[Resolved] Ecom Express — delay in product delivery and irresponsibility

They are very irresponsible and they sent msg that product is undelivered after 1st attempt. But they didn't communicate me to deliver the product. My shipment order number:[protected] and ecom express is the culprit. They updated the status that consignee not available for the delivery of product. But they didn't even contact me for that delivery. When i went to local hub of ecom express. They said that product is on delivery but i think they made a mistake in my delivery

Not a good product all accecories are cheap and body parts of product is very local i dont like to use this i want return this product mobile is not working smoothly and buttons aree very bad not in shape And body of product is loose not fit as fit with product charger is not good cery local charger and there is not earphone and not working
