    I purchchased an internet security through online from sanpdeal, which was suppossed to be delivered by their courrer partner e com express. Without deliverig to me, they sent me mail that it was deliverd. When i phoned their authourised person, he did notrecieve. Then i went twice their imphal office, from where they could not support any valid documnet that the sad item was delvered to my add.       delay in product delivery and irresponsibility

      I am sure that ecom express kolkata has some nexus to scammer, they has provided to your order details to the deceiver. Scammer call number [protected]. Kolkata account number [protected]. Ifsc sbin 0015775. Bardhaman ranibandha branch. Kolkata. Account holder abhijit bag. Caller provided to me through sms to deposit money in the account for snapdeal lucky drow as a tata safari winner. Interesting that when i replaced my snapdeal ordered the delivery vendors address is kolkata. So as a result ecom kolkata has some nexus with deceiver.

        I have not received my product yet. As promised i should have get it yesterday but ecom is lying that they have not received my product from the sender while the sending party have allready sent it. And they are sending me the report that my parcel is picked up by ecom.. I talked with the ecom express customers service and they are not even giving me any proper answer.

            Hi team,

            This email is regard to my order[protected]. I am waiting from morning for the product to be delivered today and contacted ecom courier 4times, they promised me that it would be delivered late afternoon still no happy. I am afrid that courier guy would again give false reason for not delivering. Please followup with concern team for resolution and product tobe delivered on time. I apperciate if you guys take immediate action on this.

              I was ordered the Redmi 5A mobile in flipkart. My product delivery expexted in 31st jan or 1st feb. But product earlierly came on 30th jan. From ecom express i received the delivery call on 30th jan. But i told him to the service boy i will take on delivery on 31st jan at 12.30 pm. But till evg 5.30 pm, the product not came to my end.                 I am kartik kinge. I got a call from shopping craving, stating that your number in the online shopping is no. 1 from your pin code 412101. You register for the competition. You will get a car and cash reward of rs. 2.80 lakhs.
                The co. Is doing this as promotion activity. To advertise through customer like you, instead of paying to celebrity. Will felicitate you in a mall in pune and by this company will have mouth publicity as well as marketing.
                Hence i paid as initial rs. 8950/- p1801171206581340376252 on 17 jan 2018. Account [protected] ifsc sbin0031841. Sopping craving.
                After this they asked to pay rs. 30227/- for the rto registration towards 50% of charges. Remaining 50% will be borned by the company as promotion activity. Assured that cash prize will be credited to my account directly in the morning. We paid rs. 30227/- by neft vide utr no. N[protected] on 17 jan 2018.
                They also sent a form to fill up details.
                Then next day they said the server has problem, so you pay the remaining 50% of the charges, which co was to bear as the server has problem. Avoided to credit cash award amount also.
                Then i asked where the rto registration, dealer, inquired with the dealer, but there was no case of booking a car even.
                I felt defrauded, deceived.
                My amount of around 40000 is blocked.
                They are refusing to pay back even.
                The person calling was reportedly anurag from mobile no.[protected]. The other person was [protected] bindal, land line no used was [protected].
                Please help in geting the amount back. Also try to verify the correctness of company to avoid other persons to be deceived.

                  Ecom express courier boy namely (Arun wadhera) in jammu office is such a disgusting person..who alwayx gives fake remarks abt product delivery (ie: customer not available without any calling)...and cancel the product without consent of customer..such people r defaming the company image.. And ECOM express didn't pay any heed in this regard... Worst courier company...

                    I'm very disappointed, my product was estimated to arrive on 21 to 23 january but it hasn't been arrived yet its already a week. Your service here in imphal, manipur is very poor and don't care much about the customer. Many people are complaining about it but seems like none has the effect on ur members.                       Why they can not deliver the product to my place, you can contact your delivery boy. But here i am writing to inform you that, this is not the first time i am having issues with courier service, out of the many product that i ordered in past, sometimes they deliver it without any question sometimes they start ridiculing that we can not deliver this far.
                      Yeah they are right because distance is approximately 25 kilometers, but i want to tell this distance will never decrease, so why do not you just remove my locations pin code from your serving areas list, so that i will not be able to place order next time.
                      Please look in to this matter, either you stop serving or serve better. If you do not take any action regarding this in shortest duration of time then this time i am having ample of time to take this matter forward and you will see the consequence, you can not bluff your customer, there is something called law which exist in this country and from where i stand i see you all are brutally assaulting it, without any guilt.

                        I had ordered a nike men lunarcharge essential sneakers 1 week ago after that they had send me a sms written that your order has been shipped but when i observe my order tracking they were telling that my product had not given to them by myntra so how they will deliver my parcel whereas they are sending me that your order has been shipped they are joking with me worst and lier courier company ever watch.!

                          It has been 5 days that a shipment from bangalore is still undelivered to a local address in bangalore. The delivery agent has filed a false status that the residence was closed. This is entirely false. Numerous complaints to ecom express has resulted in no action on the ground. This company ecom express is absolutely fraud and an unprofessional organization.

I contacted the customer team and they are saying that our delivery centre team may contact you once the shipment is out for delivery. Very bad and poor service from ecom express.

                                Since last 4 days the courier has arrived in Worli and it has not been delivered to tardeo which is 15 kinda from their delivery centre in mumbai. They call and say that they will deliver but they do not come and then when we call on ‭[protected]‬ they say that they have left the job and say that you can complaint anywhere you want.
                                This kind of service should not be tolerated. This kind of courier service should be immediately shut down.

                                Please take matter on priority basis. Since they are playing with customers feelings and previous time.

                                      I had booked a product in esalesoffer.com but i'm not ready to buy the product because i'm not satisfied in customers review so please cancel my product before delivery my order number od00013810 and called the customers care of esalesoffer.com and ecomexpress but their were no response so please cancel the order and i'm not ready to accept the delivery and i'm not ready to pay

                                      Kkk sir I wane no weather the product is cancelled
                                      I think ECOM Delivery Guys are playing with my parcel. The Parcel must be delivered to Hyderabad, but these are playing the game by dispatching to Ahmadabad and than to Surat. It almost 10 days you people are holding the package and there is no sign of moment from the ware house hub.

                                      Today ur delivery boy calling me .I am telling my address .but he could not come my address .then I calling again .but he tell me u don't receive my call .that's y I am not giving ur parcel.the main point is .we r giving proper address .but ur delevry boy not coming in this address .we are paying delevry charges .so has to come this address .
