delivery boys are very rude

Delivery boy is very rude and did not bring the product on the address mentioned he calls from somewhere half kilometre from the address and tell to collect your order what kind of home delivery is it who have told you to be in courier company ecom is the worst company ever i have seen delivery boys are very very bad and did not bring the product in a good condition

product not delivered in home

Sir with regards i want to inform you that your courier service employs donot deliver products we ordered from different sites in our home. Instead of doing so they used to call us to a common point at any time. When i asked about why they are not delivering products in home they simply replied we are not able to track your location (For your information my home is only one minute away from that common point) and their main excuse is that...

ecom express courier company are very very fraud company.

I order the canon lp-e10 camera battery charger from snapdeal. My order id no is [protected] and awb no is[protected].
I send a requested for the urgent deliver and these reference no is 43832481 but today i understood that these product will be deliver very long time because delay but why sir?
In two days i check the tracking order but from 19 sept to 20 sept in ecom-express courier company but no update on this site.

misbehave, wrong dedication and harassment to customer

Amazon was providing the information that the expected date to deliver is 16th september 2017, but may be the product came earlier, so courier boy called me on 12th september 2017 when i was not in home, and i also told them nobody is available...

shipment returned without informing about product reached

I ordered something from nyka on 20th aug, the item has dispatched the next day via ecomexpress. I just realized today 15sept that i ordered from them and immediately i checked and tracked my order but it was already reached my destination on 25 aug and has returned on 6 sept. None of them inform me that my product has reached to them to come receive the product on my own they dont do home delivery which sucks, a bunch o[censored]ncivilized people...

We placed an order with cilory (Order 1246114), and i was out of town when someone tried to deliever to me, after two days when retured home, i went to ecom office at wazir hassan road lucknow and spoke to ashoke kumar ([protected]), he said when the customer's fone is unreachable they receive the package on customer's behalf and when customer comes in to the ecom office they deliever the package then!
This is insane! Does not make...

Hello please provide an update on my shipment. There has been no status update since 10th september 2017. The item was shipped on 8th september from bangalore and is routed to agartala. The last update shows it to be in kolkata and in transit and no further updates since last 4 days.

Please look into it. There is no toll free customer support number for ecom express as well....

damaged & wrong product received

I have ordered a 25000mah powerbank, 64gb pendrive & 128gb memory card on 7/9/17. My order no. Cib835373 & awb no.[protected]. But i have received ear phone instead of pen drive, 64gb memory card & a damaged power bank on 12/9/17. I have also paid an amount of rs.1049/- on delivery. So, kindly return my money of rs.1049/- & take your products back or exchange the products with new fresh products....

fraudulent practices by ecom express

Yesterday, a courier person from ecom express came to my address and delivered two packets …. One against the order number[protected] for rs 357/- and the other one against the order number[protected] which was not ordered by me. Both the packets were received and payment of rs.910/- was made to him by my mother who is 70 years old.

delay in delivery of shipment

Ecom express waybill no.[protected].

The shipment reached bhiwandi delivery center on 3rd september 2017 but is not delivered till 7th september 2017, afternoon, the time i am writing this complaint.

rude delivery person

The delivery guy stepped out of the lift and my wife told him to deliver her package to our flat which she also pointes at, he said ok. Dear concerned

I have ordered apple digital watch but was wrongly delivered as wallet in the address.

When i open the packet and i found the wallet instead of pole digital watch i immediately contacted the courier guy and he suggested me there much be some error at gaur end ans you needs to contact through email or at customer care

Please help and do the needful to replace with my correct order...
