The delivery team at ecom express maraimalai nagar is absolutely irresponsible and reckless.
I have made 3 orders from Ajio and all the orders were not delivered on time and i had to make efforts to collect my order inspite of paying 99rs delivery charges.
I found out that my order was sitting on their desk for 3 days without being delivered .
They dont respond to our calls also properly.
The delivery team at maraimalai nagar ecom express act like they own the ecom express service. They deliver the product only if they wish to, otherwise they mark it as customer refused and send it away. This is such reckless service from such a big name like ecom express.

Worst service. I have ordered from dentalkart. I need that products which are very emergency. But they couldn't deliver to me on time. They haven't come for delivery but I'm receiving messages as if I wasn't available on home so that delivery was rejected like that. What the *** is this? I have given for redelivery and u have given the date yesterday still I didn't get the products in my hand? Is this your 2 or 3 days delivery?

Ecom express in maramalainagar hasn't delivered my item for the third time in a row. Every time the excuse is wrong address, customer not available when the fact is i stayed at home waiting for the delivery to be made.Its extremely irresponsible and if multiple complaints have been made, they should no longer be in service.
