Whenever there is a product delivery from this Ecom express they never reach to us in time inspite of being in the destination. They just reschedule themselves saying customer not available. And also with delayed delieveries, they come with wrong parcel. Specially the people hired are not genuine, drunkards and misbehaving also using slang words. Had heard from people but when experienced it was scary...so people be aware specially if you get serviced by ecom express as they are sending some rude people.
