I have ordered the product on 17th Jan 2022 from Supercom.net seller through flipkart. So I tried to track my order in Ecom express website. It says Invalid tracking number. My tracking number includes FDSP+10 digit number. I CONTACTed the CUSTOMER care support from Ecom express, they said "This is not a valid AWB number and it's not an Ecom express tracking ID like this he said." So I CONTACTed Flipkart CUSTOMER care support to re-verify my product delivery partner. They said, "Ecom express courier" only. They also tried to track my product through that FDSP+10 digit number. They also could not track. Then why they provided these kind of invalid number. Still I did not get my product in my hand. I want to know where is my order now. Is this shipped or not ? If i's shipped, what is the correct tracking number ? This is what I am expecting. Or else I will cancel the order ! Don't buy any products from flipkart or Supercom.net sellers. They do worst services I am telling from my experinces ! Holy ### !
