Ecom Express — No delivery till now

AWB : [protected] the delivery was scheduled to be done on 24th may. They neither deliver it nor updated the status about the next expected date. It's 25 th may already, still they are showing expected date is 24th May. I never face such horrible situation when it comes to courier sercice. Other companies like ekart or delhivery at least have some courtesy to inform their valuable customers in case of not being on time. Ecom express does not have any number where we can talk to them while facing such issues. Dear Ecom Express please let me know when I will be able to have my books as exam is nearby. Please have a look on google review why people are arrogant with your service! And before that please let me have my books asap. I promise, I will give you a 5 Star rating after that.
