Ecom Express — Non delivery of products ( Aizawl ecom express) | |||
Have ordered computer components from Amazon and it was sent through ECom Express. It reached its delivery centre on 20 march 2021 before the expected delivery date.But the item not delivered even though the delivery address was clearly given & they would not even call or inform..So i made a call to the delivery centre & ask about my product. To this one staff said that they cannot do home delivery citing a reason that they dont have a delivery boy for my address that i have to collect the items from their office by myself. This is the worst service in Aizawl that i have come across. I am very disappointed & unhappy with the staffs as i have ordered the items to be delivered on a separate address because i am not able to receive them. I am afraid that they would return back my prepaid items without delivering them to the proper address.. The service is very poor from Ecom express Aizawl...it was not expected and every person review about this center is very bad.. Was this information helpful? | |||
