    Non delivery of products ( Aizawl ecom express)

    Have ordered computer components from Amazon and it was sent through ECom Express. It reached its delivery centre on 20 march 2021 before the expected delivery date.But the item not delivered even though the delivery address was clearly given & they would not even call or inform..So i made a call to the delivery centre & ask about my product. To this one staff said that they cannot do home delivery citing a reason that they dont have a delivery...

    I ordered a product from flipkart and they shipped the product by ecom express.
    My tracking number is[protected].
    When the product came to the delivery location status showed that the shipment is out for delivery...
    I was waiting from morning but i didn't got any call from delivery boy.. And the end of the day status shown that consignee requested for future delivery...
    I didn't even got any call or any prior information... Then how could i tell them for future delivery...
    I contacted their helping number for clarification.. Without clarifying the issue he was being rude...

          I'm reporting this issue for the second time since it isn't solved yet. I had ordered a sewing machine table before and the courier facility weren't ready to do a door delivery.
          This was the exact complaint that I had registered that time:

          "I had already paid for my order and it's now showing that it reached the courier facility. But they aren't delivering the order and saying that we should go and pick the item from courier facility which is 18 km away from me. They're saying that they don't have a van for delivery. What should I do?
          Please tell them to deliver the product at my address."

          After I registered this complaint to both Amazon and Ecom express, customer care executive said that he had reported the issue and will take necessary action so that they'll definitely deliver the package at my doorstep. I believed it and waited for my package. Then the courier facility kept updating the information as 'I requested to delay the delivery' for two days without my permission and after two days, they had also returned the package which was also done without my permission.
          When I informed this issue again, they said that they'll monitor the package when I order the same product again and I won't face this issue again.

          I believed them again and ordered the package again. It reached the courier facility and the same issue was happening to me once again.
          They called me and telling the same that I should pick it up if I need it and they'll return it again if I didn't go and collect the order.

          I have never experienced such a worst issue regarding my order. I was still requesting to take necessary action again because I need the product. I'm still believed on the service.
          I'm always available at my home and they weren't even attempting for a delivery.

          Please take necessary action because I faced it for the second time. They had already wasted lot of my time (1 month) and still doing the same believing that they won't get questioned. I am begging you to please take an action because I had already mailed to [protected]@ecomexpress.in and again faced ignorance. There was not even a single word of reply.

          The result of my complaint was it's showing as RTO lock today in the ecom express website and returning to seller in amazon website. This is the worst experience that I have faced regarding a delivery in my entire life.

            Shipment was supposed to be delivered on 17th March, 2021. I got a call from Ecom Express Executive asking for the PIN. During the call he hung up for some reason and never called back the entire day after that. The next day on 18th March, 2021 I again received a message from Ecom Express with a new PIN for my shipment, but I wasn't contacted by the delivery person. Since then my shipment has been marked as "Undelivered" and I do not know the status or the location of the shipment.

            I would be grateful if they can please deliver my parcel which I have been waiting for a long time.

            According to the tracking details, their office is in Nedumangad.

              We have Received the Parcel today(19/03/2021). in the Name of Gaurav Vemulkar. This is a private Workplace. & We keep getting parcels & Samples through couriers.

              This parcel was not ordered by us & unknowingly our staff has collected the Parcel because the concerned person was out of town & no was unreachable & Paid the Amount as it was COD.

              We want to return the parcel, but it was not ordered by us we are not able to to schedule the return.

Mere mobile me delivery message aaya ki 16-03-21 ko hogi per delivery nahi huwa aur message aaya ki address was unlocatable jab ki aap ka delivery boy aaya hi nahi aur na hi phone kiya. Aaj 17-03-21 ko dhanbad office pahucha pata chala ki mera product mr mukesh (delivery boy) le kar nikla he, phone kiya to usne jagjiwan nagar bulaya, waha main pahucha aur phone kiya to central hospital bulaya to main use ghar par delivery karne ko kaha usne kaha ki jab mere pas time hoga to aap ka product pahuchayenge or badsaluki se bat ki aur phone rakhane ko kaha. Aaj 17-03-21 evening 6:30 pm tak nahi aaya aur na hi phone kiya. Aap ka delivery boy mr mukesh (mob- [protected]) bahut hi ghatiya insan he customer ke sath misbehave karta he. Usne jan bujhakar mera delivery nahi kiya.Nihayat hi ghatiya insan he bat karni ke tamiz nahi he wo aap ke company me rehega to market kharab karega aur company ki badnami hogi. Behtar hoga ki ayese staff ko nikal dein. Thank you

                      I am from Kottayam, Kerala, I have ordered two items from AJIO with option cash on delivery and it was shipped through delivery agent Ecom Express with tracking ID [protected].
                      The consignment reached Kottayam area on[protected] and Delivery Person Not contacted me yet. I got a call from Ajio customer care and they said, the delivery agent Raised issue that my address is incomplete. but my address is complete and the delivery agent not contacted me yet. They are not ready to deliver the consignment .

                      I am from kottayam...i had ordered some medicines from HealthMug it was suplosed to be delivered on 5th of june but it didnt. So i waited 2 more days thinking that they woukd deliver it...but still they havent...This is very serious bcuz people buy medicines when its urgent...how can delivery agents or courrier services be so irresponsible when i checked it HAD REACHED KOTTAYAM 3 DAYS BACK ...so irresponsible...

                      The worst service!! I ordered few items from Ajio and it was shipped through Ecom expressed. It shows the order reached kottayam days before and its marked " location unreachable" " customer asked for future delivery". Really? Nobody contacted. Just making lame excuses. If you can't do your duty properly, just don't take up the order.
                      This is not the first time I'm experiencing this kinda worst service from Ecom express.

                      I ordered the product a hanging light and its status shown out of delivery at kottayam ecom office but the order didnt delivered yet, first day a call came butnit was computer assisted and cut off the call without any response. Then they marked status as 'delivery delayed on customer request', but actually i dint demanded any delay on delivery... They are repprting false status.. And not delivered the product yet..poor performance by ecom courier.. Tge didnt contacted me or didnt gabe any contact number
                      Hi I am from Vadavathoor Kottayam.. I had ordered from Ajio a cash on delivery and also from Isha life a paid delivery, both of which were couriered through ecom express..

                      Both the orders have reached Kottayam a week back but still not delivered. One tracking of the cash on delivery one shows delivery attempted though no one contacted us. Another tracking of already paid delivery shows still in transit though it has reached Kottayam a week back.

                      I have been getting couriers from all other services. This is the first time I am having such a troubling experience.

                            This complaint is about your courier facility located in Erumely, Kerala. The concerned delivery people are always reluctant to deliver orders at doorstep. They always cancel all my couriers just because my house is not on main road side. i faced around 5 such incidents . Though they provide a message including the PIN, no matter how you try it always says the PIN is invalid. Just for the sake of procedure they send an" Out for delivery" message and within minutes another" Cannot be delivered " message will be received.They don't even make a call.I have never come across such horrible service.And its not just for me..The google reviews are the best proof.

                                The order was to be delivered on 13th March but it got cancelled as your delivery boy didn't wait for five minutes even I told him that I am on the way to reach on village to collect my order. Then I requested for redelivery but no one came to deliver, even I tried to contact someone picked the call and told he is not the one who will deliver my order and I didn't any another way to contact . I made call to the number provided by ecom Express and entered pin that in turn went to your delivery boy but I got weird response that he doesn't have my order to deliver. And later around 4pm I get message that order was not delivered because I refused, that's very weird.

                                I got the message today again to get it delivered today, and made call to your delivery boy Ashish Yogi but he says he can not deliver it today and cancels the order with the line that i refused it . What a bad behaved employees you people have, please look into it. This guy is Ashish Yogi not Akshay Yogi in viratnagar tehsil, pin code - 303119
                                please look into it and get it resolved by today only contacting your employee or assign this order delivery with any other courier boy... the order is already late by 5 days

                                  I have ordered two shirts from AJIO with option cash on delivery and it was shipped through delivery agent Ecom Express with tracking ID [protected] and on 12.03.2021 the delivery agent called me and told that he was standing near my landmark. But he did not deliver the product and after that there was no information from him. The above items are ordered for a particular occasion and if such attitude is taken by agents it would definitely affect the customers and therefore necessary action may be taken in this regard
