I got a message from ecom that your order will be delivered today and after some time I got a msg that order is delivered.. I neither get the order nor a call from them.. please look into the matter...

This is in with reference to the above mentioned subject, my courier tracking no.-[protected], not delivered last 20 days, I have called regular basis and get the same reply that will do the same either today or tomorrow but not done. But staff doesn't give the proper information regarding the product.I am tired and anxious from the Ecom staff side.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
otherwise I will take legal action...

I had ordered boat wireless earphone on 14/02/21 from amazon.Until now the order has not delivered and the expected delivery was 17/2/21, but when i track the order it shows shipment rto lock.pls fix this issue..i want my order to be delivered as soon as possible.

Whenever any parcel is coming through you, I am always being told by your delivery person to travel 4-5 kilometres to receive the product. Please take a look into it....

This is the 2nd consecutive time since I have been facing this issue with Ecom Express. The last time also shipment had reached the delivery hub in Guwahati many many days before but they didn't even bother to call me and hence I was told that the shipment had been lost by the courier. This time too while tracking, I get the update that "Delivery was Attempted", but in real no phone calls were made to me....

I have placed the order in November with Durex. They shipped the order via Ecom.
Its been 2 months and Ecom is not able to deliver my order. AWB no. [protected].

They have marked it as Lost 1st time and 2nd time they marked it as delivered.

I have called them multiple times. They always say to wait for 72 hours or they say that order will be delivered in 24-48 hours. I have still not received my product....

Dear Sir/ma'am,
I would like to complaint against exom express because My order status shows me that it was delivered but It not be delivered actually.
When I called to ecom express branch to ask for this kind of issue. The senior person don't have manner to talk with customer. Kindly take strict action againt branch which is situated in Vill-Viratnagar, Dist-Jaipur, Rajasthan. name of the emploiee is Vinod Kumar Yogi...

Main ne checks shirts ka jo order diya tha o nahi mila. Uski jagah dusrahi order mila. Main ne jo shirts order kiya tha o hona....
