Ecom Express — Not deliver my order

I ordered one item from Paytm, its Air Waybill No :[protected], Order No :[protected]. They didn't delivered the item and they mentioned in status consignee not available, I ordered so many things by Paytm, flipkart & snapdeal and all are got delivered and from Ecom express only they delivered delay or undelivered so many times I really frustrate by ecom express. I called so many times to customercare number provided in ecom express website, not even responded and if they lift my call not even spaeak and from paytm side no response. I thought to stop buying if they delivered through Ecom express rest all of the courier services are good and delivered if they are unable to reach at least they sent a message. but ecom express not even send a message also. one of very very worst courier service by ecom express.
