Ecom Express — OFD lock applied and product is stuck in transit

I ordered a product on 10th October 2023. The order was out for delivery on 17th October and no delivery person tried to contact me. The product was out for delivery again on 21st October and again no one contacted. When I called the delivery manager, they said that they're not able to deliver the product because they're still settling in their new office. But they're giving fake updates like I'm not answering their calls. And now 'OFD lock' is applied on the product. The product is sitting in the transit from 10 days. I tried calling customer care and no one is even responding. Please do something.
