My package was not delivered even though it's out for delivery (AWB: [protected]). Every day morning, I get the message in my phone that my package is out for delivery. On afternoon, suddenly, I'll receive the OTP in my phone. After few minutes, I'll receive another message that my package is undelivered. The delivery boy doesn't made any attempt to deliver my package and he doesn't pick my phone call also. The delivery date has been updated multiple times and now I see that OFD lock has been applied to my package. Worst experience.
