I have ordered 2 items in Nykaa

At first they rejected delivering my product saying that I have rejected the order at my doorstep. But I haven't even received any calls or messages in the first place .
Later on I raised a concern by giving alternative mobile number . Even after that they refused to deliver my order stating tha same reason as refusal of product.
But how can I refuse my order when I was sitting the whole day in the mentioned location patiently waiting for the order to be delivered.

Action has to be taken on why the delivery partner didn't try to reach out to me and simply saying that I rejected the order .

    My product was out of delivery and I paid the amount through UPI to delivery boy. Amount got deducted from my account but he said he doesn't received the amount.I paid the amount and I didn't received the product.I am providing the payment receipt and order information.

      Hi I ordered an item through an Instagram page and the delivery partner is ecomexpress. I am trying to contact the delivery agent to make them deliver my parcel to my neighbour as I am out of town now . But the company is not providing any details nor solving the issue . Their customer care number says doesn’t exist, if I try other dept number in the office they say they cannot help and their customer support is permanently closed . They r not updating my contact number to delivery person too . They are not sharing the delivery person number too

          I haven't ordered anything from Ecom express but still I'm receiving messages from Ecom express regarding delivery of product.
          I got message like this-
          Dear Customer, Your order with AwB [protected] will be delivered today by our delivery agent [protected]. Please keep Rs.800.0 ready - Ecom Express.
          I do not want to receive this kind of messages again without any reason.
          Please do see this kindly and urgently and reply me via message or email

            Ofd lock applied by ecomexpress through shiprocket

            I had couriered my shipment to Chennai, it was undelivered. So I requested to return it to my banglore address, but in the tracking … it is showing as OFD lock applied.
            AWB number is-[protected]...

            I ordered 4 dresses from Ajio platform, they transferred to courier partner ECOM express but ecom delaying my order last 7 days. I already register a complain regarding this. But no response. I placed order on 13th October but no resolution.

              My parcel is from nykaa I ordered two items and it was supposed to be delivered by 23 oct and that day when the delivery boy called me I missed the call then I rescheduled for the delivery to be made the next day 24 October but the delivery boy did not call me and made no attempt to deliver my parcel and then the status was showing that address not locatable and address not found, they did not even called me, and I had to rescheduled the...

              My package was not delivered even though it's out for delivery (AWB: [protected]). Every day morning, I get the message in my phone that my package is out for delivery. On afternoon, suddenly, I'll receive the OTP in my phone. After few minutes, I'll receive another message that my package is undelivered. The delivery boy doesn't made any attempt to deliver my package and he doesn't pick my phone call also. The delivery date has been updated multiple times and now I see that OFD lock has been applied to my package. Worst experience.

                My order status show 'not delivered' but I have received wrong product and still the status showing delivery on 27 October but i received my product on 22 October. The i had ordered i haven't received that product instead i get wrong unexpected product.
                The product i had ordered that is eWool sweater but i get long black cloth. i haven't received that product instead i got wrong product and in order status it has shows your order is delivery on 27th Oct. But i got my package/ order on 23 Oct. And i had paid the whole amount to that delivered pickup agent.
                I had ordered my product through flipkart. I want my refund as soon as possible otherwise I will complaint to higher authorities or FIR to police station.

                  OFD lock applied and product is stuck in transit

                  I ordered a product on 10th October 2023. The order was out for delivery on 17th October and no delivery person tried to contact me. The product was out for delivery again on 21st October and again no one contacted. When I called the delivery manager, they said that they're not able to deliver the product because they're still settling in their new office. But they're giving fake updates like I'm not answering their calls. And now 'OFD lock'...

                    This is the complaint about ecom express from Udumalpet. The worst delivery service provider. The delivery boy named Antony did not even attempt a call to deliver the parcel and updated my product to be cancelled as per my request. When I received a call form AJIO I got to know that he had done this. I got a message in what’s and when I tried to contact him and asked why was this done incorrectly and said I will take it with AJIO. His irresponsible answer was no problem go ahead and raise. This is not the first instance. Most irritating delivery service ever seen is from ecom Udumalpet

                          These three pre-paid items have been out for delivery since past 10 days.
                          It was out for delivery once and then automatically got rescheduled within few minutes without any calls.
                          Delivery executive Is not picking up any calls called numerous times
                          Tried reaching out to them via customer service which is useless and same vis email
                          This is such a mental torcher

                            It has been 1 week and Ecom isn’t delivering my package. Every day it’s out for delivery and I keep calling the delivery guy who gives a new excuse to not deliver it. He is very rude on the phone too. Every day the status is updated to ‘CUSTOMER not reachable’ when this person never calls me. He lies in the system. Phone number of the guy that I receive every day - [protected].

                            Why has Ecom hired ###? Is that a criteria to get hired? When will I get my package?

                              I have ordered an item from IFFCO eBazar online. The package was picked up by EcomExpress on 12 OCT 2023 and is still undelivered. I have received multiple messages on my mobile that the package was undeliverable without anyone contacting me. When I called the mobile number of the delivery manager that was provided to me in the message from EcomExpress, I was told rudely "I am not a delivery boy" and the phone was hung up. I have written to both IFFCO and EcomExpress and have received no response.
                              EcomExpress support number provides only an IVR response and no personal interaction. Registering a complaint with them has not helped either. I have requested a refund from IFFCO Bazar but they have not bothered to respond.
