The shipment is at the delivery center - Infopark Ernakulam from 6th March 2023 and I have not received any call from the delivery agent. On calling, Customer support automated message says it will be delivered in 24 hours. On 13th when I went to the delivery center, they told me it has been returned because they did not have anybody to send it to my address. According to them, I was not called before returning because they didn't have any delivery personnel to deliver the item. If they don't have anybody to deliver, why are they even taking the packages for delivery. On top of that, the status in the tracking system is still showing that it is at delivery center, while they are saying it has been returned. Pathetic.
