Ecom Express — Pickup unofficially after pickup cancelled

Address:Ecom express, chennai

An pickup request was raised by the seller,
as I was unavailable it got cancelled twice
Later their delivery agent came unofficially and complained regarding me not being available and finally picked up the product with out any pickup confirmation
After pickup the product has not reached the seller and now the seller is raising a re pickup with other company for the product which is handed over to Ecom express
Ecom express claim they don't have the product

Person from Ecom who picked up is Basha [protected].
And his coordinator is mani +[protected].
Royapettah, Chennai

Now all what is Said is return me the pickedup product so I can go ahead with the newly assigned pickup company. But there is no proper response.
