[Resolved] Ecom Express — product I have order but not received and status showing delivered. | |||
I m realtu kumar. I have ordered a order # [protected] - prestige iris (750 watt) mixer grinder with 3 stainless steel jar + 1 juicer jar, white and blue through amazon. Delivery date was 15 of june 2019. But still i have not recieved product. Now i am suffering from mentally harassment. I made contact with amazon they said to me that product has been delivered to you. Acc to me product is not delivered to me. If product is delivered to me then they have definitely some proof of delivery. So i want to see that proof. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ordered my product on 9th July 2019...and it was shipped.. Then.. When the product was tracked in ECOM express tracking... It shows "The pick up is rescheduled to next day" since 10th July.. Till now.. My order AWB number is [protected]... When will I get my product.. It's prepaid shipment...
