[Resolved]  Ecom Express — product is out for delivery but not delivered

Hi,

I have made a prepaid and the awb is[protected]. I got the message stating that the shipment is out for delivery on 30th nov. But the delivery guy called me in late evening and said that he was not able to deliver it today and will deliver tomorrow however he updated the tracking status as rescheduled under customers request which clearly i din make. Then today, dec 1 i raised a complaint in amazon and again i got shipment out for delivery from ecom express. But til now it is not delivered to me i tried to contact the delivery guy in the following no ph: [protected] but there was no response and the product is not delivered. I am very disappointed with ecom express. This is happening to me for the 2nd time in 2 months. I want this to be fixed asap

The tracking status is updated Parcel held by carrier as customer moved. Please contact Amazon with more address information.

Hi,

MyTracking #:[protected]. I ordered a product from Amazon and the shipment was sent thru ecom express. The product is shipped to my city however it is not delivered yet. They are updating false status and they are not contacting me to deliver the product. If I contact the given no I don't get any response. This is not the first time this is happening. It is a prepaid order and I want it to be delivered ASAP. They are updating fake status as Parcel held by carrier as the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. Please contact Amazon with more address information.

Sir my tracking no.[protected] is out for deliver but I am not receive the call first attempt any reason but after few minutes the courier boy not call back again me and its undelivered my items.
