I enrolled in the Generative AI course offered by Edureka (a division of Veranda Learning Solutions). Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances, my nomination for the course has been missed twice.
I had specifically cautioned the team after the first incident to ensure this would not happen again. Unfortunately, the same lapse occurred again, reflecting serious inefficiencies in their internal coordination.
I had recommended this program to my brother based on my trust in their platform, and he has also enrolled. Experiences like this damage the credibility of such recommendations.
Since the promised service has not been delivered and I have received no response to my messages on LinkedIn and X, I have now formally requested a full refund of the fees paid.
