Edureka — Requesting refund

I enrolled in a course on Edureka for ₹34, 000, during which I was assured that if I was not satisfied with the course, they would provide a refund and offer assistance. Recently, I met with an accident that has affected my ability to continue with the course. However, when I requested a refund based on the original assurance, Edureka refused to honor it. I have clear proof of chat conversations with an Edureka employee confirming their commitment to refund if I was dissatisfied. Despite this evidence and my unforeseen circumstances, they are denying my refund request, which I believe is unfair and against their initial guarantee.
