I had joined the Advanced DEVOPS certification course on 20th March 2026. When I enquired also no proper response and after multiple calls one person named Jasmeet called me and till I pay the course he called me multiple times but once joined the course they was no proper response from him.
From 3rd Apr 2026, I am trying to connect with Jasmeet for my EMI cancellation due to high processing fees but no response from him. But he is not attending my calls and cutting my calls voluntarily and blocked my number. Also not calling me back. When Whatsup him also no reply. Last saturday raised complaint in support and Sapna called me and promised she will sort it off, but she also not picking the call or responding back. Jasmeet & Sapna are voluntarily not responding/attending my calls which is irritating/hurting me.
Worst customer service and attitude of each person in Edureka is also worst by not respecting the person & not responding to the call. I am getting stressed after joining this certification after paying the amount in Edureka from this worst not proper response and wasting my time.
Jasmeet & Sapna taken for granted and did not respond to me or not attending my calls by ignoring/not giving respect, since I had already paid the full amount and I cant do anything. No one from Edureka side called me for the same also after sent the complaint email. Which shows you people dont value or give respect to the customer. I feel ashamed of joining edureka institution. If you had paid and the other person ignoring or not giving respect will you be happy with that?
So please do cancel my course and refund my full money as I don't want to continue in this worst not respecting the customer institution. Was this information helpful? |
