Dear Sir/ mam, I got a promotional call on 04.09.2015 from a newly launched online shoping company named- eezeecart. Com, regarding assured free gift on booking of their combo i replied to them that i am not intrested in combo deal, but planning to buy a airconditioner so i asked them about it and those eezeecart team offered me a 5 star rated Samsung 1.5ton invertor ac and a Samsung Android mobile phone with that as a free gift for the total payment of 26999rs. on emi basis for that, they asked to deduct only RS.2250. As the first installment through my pnb debit card but cleverly they deducted the full amount of air conditioner as Rs.26999.on 04.09.2015 after that they assured me that they will provide the products within a week but till date 30.09.2015 they have not provided me any product confirmation or in writting, by doing daily follow up on the customer care phone[protected], no body is responded in a satisfactory manner so after completion of more then 25 days, I CANCILLED that order through mail as well as on their customer care phone too, on 30.09.2015 same day i got there reply that they have noted my concern so i make a phone call again to their customer care to know about my refund date, there i talked to mr. Devesh patel he not only assured me but given his personal gurantee to me that i will get my refund up to 06.10.2015 now this date is also over and i got nothing from there end, its a clear case of CHEATING & FRAUD i have given a no. of mails to them but they did not reply any of the mail in specific or subjective manner. still waiting for my refund . So i request you to please took this matter as a clearcut fraud case and support me to get my money back.
