Dear Sir/Madam, I received call on 10th September 2015 from Eezeecart.com (Online shopping) executive Mr. Devesh Patel (Accounts dept.) said that, You are selected for deal of the day and you win assured gift 32” SAMSUNG LED TV, but you have to buy on Eezeecart.com our deal of the day android mobile combo pack includes 1Pc Micromax canvas nitro A311, 1Pcs. Sunglass, 1pcs wallet & watch for pay Rs.708/- per month for 12 month with CITIBANK EMI, but first you have to pay Rs.8, 499/- this is for amount confirmation payment after payment confirmation we will reverse the same in your account within 24 Hours. After convinced to me, my greedy mind thought that only pay Rs.8499/- I will get assured gift 32” Samsung LED and they instruct me, don’t disconnect the call, If you disconnect you miss this offer So I immediately visit website eezeecart.com and make online payment of Rs.8499/- of android mobile combo pack that I will done immediately through my Citibank debit card on dt.10.09.2015 and also received payment receipt acknowledgement from eezeecart.com. Next day dt. 11.09.2015 received address verification call from eezeecart Mr. Anil Kumar, I have confirmed the delivery address he told me you have received this product within 3 days. After that Mr. Devesh Patel contacted me and told me to make the payment Rs.24, 999/- for 32” Samsung LED TV and this is only confirmation this product amount. So I have doubt and not agree and not make this payment. After continuously follow up for product delivery, they provided docket number of The Professional courier, I have personally collect this product parcel on dt.16/09/2015, after open this parcel I have shocked that I have received Karbonn smart alfa A110 mobile with combo of Wrist watch, Sunglass & wallet (total cost around Rs. 4000) instead of commitment product Micromax Canavas Nitro A311 of Rs.8499. After that I have complaint to customer care(careeezeecart.com) for replacement of wrong product. So Ms. Deepika have told me send the image of received parcel, after I have sent she promised to me your replacement will done within 2-3days. After not received the replacement courier details, I contacted her she told me your file transferred to our senior executive Mr. Devesh Patel & again she transfer call to Mr. Devesh patel than Mr. Devesh patel told me to pay online for replacement transit Insurance amount of Rs.6, 999/- as I have again doubt and not make the payment. I have continuously requested to make the replacement or refund the amount but till date I have not received any feedback, reply & response from them.
