Hello, Please find the details below. They called me on my mobile and introduce them as from eezeecart.com. I have paid 7999/- Rs for the offer of the day option on[protected] through my credit card. And the executive who has done the process told me that no amount will be dedicated as I was told that I can go for 6 EMI's .But entire amount is dedicated from my account. Again in the name of assured gift they have deducted amount of 22599/- Rs in the name of verification and when I asked they are not refunding my amount. Even the executive asked me about my customer number and password of my HDFC account for repayment which is a complete fraud. But i have not provided. They forced me to receive and delivered local mobile & other gifts of Rs 2000/- & Samsung TV 23” which will cost 10500/-Rs. Executive from eezeecart.com called me and told to opt for combo offer and he assured me that I will get mobile HTC desire 526+dual sim and assured gift of Led TV (Panasonic TH-42A400D) for Rs 7999/- . So I have paid 7999/- Rs on[protected] through my credit card. And executive who has done the process told me that no amount will be dedicated as I was told that I can go for 6 EMI's. But entire amount is dedicated from my account. Again on the next day i. e[protected] in the name of assured gift they have deducted amount of 22599/- Rs in the name of verification through my debit card. Even the executive asked me about my customer number and password of my bank account. I have mailed several times to [protected]@eezeecart.com, but they have not resolved my queries. And delivered local mobile & other gifts of Rs 2000/- & Samsung TV 23” which will cost 10500/-Rs. These things I have not ordered and forcefully delivered to me. And also I have gone through companies review and found that same type of fraud has done too many of the other customers. And wrote several mails but there is no response from them. Kindly look into it and do the needful.
