I received a call from leady presentative of company regarding company anniversary offering a special offer under deal of the day for company on the portal i.e. (http://eezeecart.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=68&product_id=75) Android Mobile Combo Product Code: EZC-117, wherein the buyer would get a combo of an Android Phone (Samsung), One wallet (Brand Woodland), one watch (Fast Track) and one Sunglass (Ray ban) and an assured gift i.e. 32” Samsung Led (model EH4003) as promotion on payment of Rs. 7999/-. Accordingly, I made payments using my ICIC Credit Card on 21.07.2015. (ICICI Bank Transaction ID 158388) Second day I have called to ICICI bank to stop payment made to eezeecart but they told me to call after four days we can register a dispute but after 4 days I called after 4 days customer case executive of ICICI bank refused to register complaint saying this is online payment made by you directly we can help you. But you can talk to eezeecart they will refund you money. I received a verification call on 22.07.2015 and was told that the company is sending the material within 4-5 days but representative was not able to confirm brand and he was not sure about the brand then I have cancelled the order but he is saying that order will not be cancelled in rudely manner. I have send a written mail for cancel the order and refund the money immediately. But as on date I haven’t received the Refund of Rs.7999/- When I tried to draw attention of the company executives for refund. Their response was very strange and said your payment will be refunded after 45 days. While browsing Internet, I came across another complaint. His post can be seen on https://www.consumercomplaints.ineezeecart-fraud-online-shopping-web-portal-c1101298# comments. It means the company is deliberately duping innocent people alluring them with offers. Prayer: Investigate the matter and help me recover my hard earned money and save others from the trap.
