Hi iam a seller on flipkart i got an order for refrigerator compressor, i did pack and it and ekart logistic picked it up from my shop now after few days it was returned to me as customer cancelled the order when i received it the outer layer poly bag was ripped and the parcel was opened when i checked my original compressor was replaced with an old used one ...
Now i got cctv camera recordings when i packed the parcel and when i received the parcel..I can proof that i send an original compressor and i got used one ...
Someone from ekart logistic replace my product as each compressor is sold for more than 3000 Inr
I tried to claim SPF but i got rejected without giving me any explaination..
This is what they wrote to me
"This is in reference to your incident ID IN[protected] with regards to SPF claim. The claim has been rejected after a detailed validation and investigation of the mentioned orders return journey.
All your claims undergo multiple levels of validation conducted by the various teams, some of which include a detailed study of the proofs submitted, compliance to SPF policy, in-depth investigation of every point in the supply chain and customer behaviour.
