Complaint marked as Resolved Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the complete lack of response from your side.
As discussed telephonically, one pincode was already finalized by you. For the MDH model, three pincodes were required, and accordingly, you sent me an email to finalize and confirm the remaining details. I completed the process and submitted the finalized pincode in the main mail as instructed.
However, after that email, there has been absolutely no response from your side. Neither are my follow-up emails being replied to, nor are my calls being answered. Due to this delay and lack of communication, a significant amount of my time has been wasted and my planning has been severely affected.
This kind of non-responsiveness after confirmation and submission is highly unprofessional and disappointing.
I request you to provide an immediate and clear update on the status of my MDH proposal. If there is any issue, kindly inform me transparently instead of keeping the matter pending without any communication.
I expect a prompt and final response at the earliest.
