I had ordered for Glucometer and I got message through Ekart Logistic No. SRSC[protected] with order reference No.[protected] with Invoice No. Retaul/155782 despatched Blood Gluco meter and delivered by Ekart Logistic executive on 26.10.2024 at about 12.18PM and I had paid Rs. 1199/- through GPAY UPI Transaction ID[protected] to EKART [protected]@ybl.
While opening the box I could not found any Gluco Meter and the box was damaged. I had not received my item which I had ordered for Blood Blucometer of ORMENCO.
You are requested to kindly reimburse me my paid amount to you against the material which was not received.
