Ekart Logistics — Bubble Gun received instead of Heated Neck Shoulder Massager

I had ordered a neck and shoulder massager on COD. Today i received a message from ekart that is out for delivery with tracking ID NMBC[protected]. I paid 999 to the delivery guy as he was not allowing me to see the product before paying. After I paid, when I opened the product it was a bubble gun. There is no number mentioned in the package. This is fraud by Ekart. They dont take responsibility, neither seller name nor contact was there. When i told the delivery guy he simply dismissed me by saying ekart is not responsible. If ekart is empanelling with fake sellers what do we do. I need my refund of 999 back. I am attaching screenshot of ekart message where its clearly mentioned that the heated neck shoulder massager is out for delivery. If Ekart is not responding what do i do? The package was also damaged, seems ekart is doig fradulent work and harrassing customer.
