Dear eKart Customer Support,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally complain about several issues I have encountered with my recent order (Order ID: [OD[protected]]).
Firstly, the delivery was not made on time, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the delivery boy canceled my order manually without any prior notification or explanation. This has caused significant inconvenience, as I was relying on the timely arrival of my items.
Furthermore, it seems that there are ongoing problems with the delivery team in my area, leading to delays and lack of communication regarding order statuses.
I kindly request that you look into these issues and provide me with a resolution at your earliest convenience. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a prompt response.
