I am writing to raise concerns about the unprofessional and dismissive behavior of an Ekart delivery agent. The details of my order are as follows:

Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected]
Product: Motorola G45 5G (Brilliant Blue, 128 GB)
The shipment arrived at the nearest hub (Peenya Hub, Bengaluru) on 7th October 2024 at 7:13 AM. However, no delivery attempt was made for two days. On 9th October 2024, I contacted Flipkart customer support and was informed that the delivery agent had forgotten to take my order. I was assured that the product would be out for delivery by 1 PM that day. Despite several follow-ups, the status was only updated to "Out for Delivery" at 5:20 PM.
Complaint:
After not receiving any update for several hours, I contacted the delivery agent at around 8:45 PM on 9th October. He informed me that he could not deliver the order due to technical issues and abruptly disconnected, promising that the delivery would be made by 7 AM the next day (10th October 2024). When I attempted to follow up, he did not answer my calls.
On 10th October, after waiting until 7:55 AM without receiving the order, I contacted the agent again to ask about his earlier commitment. He responded dismissively and disconnected the call. Subsequent attempts to reach him were ignored.
