Ekart Logistics — courier lost

I have ordered a top from max, my order id is [protected] which was suposed to be delivered by ekart logistics with tracking id loip[protected]. But in the evening i got a message that it is delivered to my neighbor hari.

I don't have such named person and nobody took my permission whether it is to be delivered to that person or not. Even i have not received any call from your delivery boy.

I have not received my order yet. So i request you to either provide me my order or refund my money.

Delivery beach today came to us to take return to 1 pm and she refused to take returns Delivery boy number [protected] please sir ekart to email send to product pick up

My Asus zenfone max m1 order date is 16th may 2019 and deliverd date by flipkart 20th may 2019 but not deliverd and next date provide 21st may 2019 but not deliverd problem create by ekart logistic manager mainpuri district please help
