Ekart Logistics — Delay in Delivery when product is already shipped

Flipkart Order Number : OD[protected]
Ekart Tracking number : FMPP[protected]

The shipment has reached at the hub nearest to my address on 9th July. Since then it has been roaming in and out of the Ekart facilities every day and the delivery has been delayed.

Why do they mention "Product will be delivered in next XX days" when they cannot ??

1st promised delivery date : 9th July (Not delivered)
2nd promised delivery date : 12th July (Not delivered)
3rd promised delivery date : 14th July (Not delivered)

As per tracking info, the shipment has been going to and between ''Pune Sort Facility" and "IdentifyPlusPirangutODH_PIR" multiple times for no reason !!
