Ekart Logistics — delivery agent not sent money back

Dear Team,

I purchased some product from flipkart with COD option. I paid 335rs via phonepay to ekart delivery person and it went under processing. After some time again 335rs sent via phonepay again it went under processing. Delivery guy told he will pay me back extra 335rs if both payment credit to my account. After 20hrs both amount credited to his bank but he didn't refund my amount which is 335rs. Kindly help me to get my money back.

I have tried to call that number which is [protected] but no luck.
