Ekart Logistics — Delivery boy refused to deliver my flipkart grocery order and also cancelled it twice when I ordered again

Hi I am Prashant, my order ID is OD[protected] and second order ID is OD[protected], I have ordered grocery products from Flipkart but the delivery boy refused to deliver the product even doorstep delivery is available at my location and he cancelled my order without my consent for inappropriate reason so I called flipkart costumer support but they told me to order again and I did the same but the next time he again refused to deliver the order and cancelled without informing. I want that the company should take strong necessary actions against the delivery boy also want my order to be delivered as soon as possible.
