Dear Ekart team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience that my father had faced from your company side.On 15th DECEMBER 2023, My Father had ordered for PSC books and the payment has been done through UPI.Expected date of delivery was 19/12/2023.Yesterday delivery boy contacted my father through his personal phone and informed him that the ordered item has been hand over to another guy and he will give you.Now flipkart status showing that the order has been delivered but the item has not been received yet. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and act swiftly to rectify the situation and here I am attaching the tracking number and delivery boy contact number along with this mail.Delivery boy is not picking the call.I wish to take some action against him too.
