I ordered my parcel on dated 16/04/23
Which is expected to be deliver on date 24/04/23.

I received a call from ecart delivery person in evening 24/04/23
And he said can I deliver your parcel tomorrow (25/04/23)so I agree.
But next day am not received any call by there side and when am checking my delivery status it shows SAME STATE MISROUTE.
Am trying several times to request for deliver my order and still after 10days
The status is same SAME STATE MISROUTE,
Thay are not even trying to contact me.
If they are unable to deliver my parcel then atleast send back to parcel to the co. So that I can apply my refund.
