The complaint against ekart delivery guy (Ekl). Disappointed with the fake service, fake promise and fake messages from the ekl. Please find the below product details and the issue faced.

The order was placed on may 11th and promised date for delivery was on sat 13 may.
Issue: - the ekl guys have not even bothered to deliver the product, has not visited the delivery point and have sent a fake message stating we have tried contacting you since there was no response the product has been returned. When contacted the ekl number the ekl person responded stating it's their off on saturday and sunday. For retaining the customers they call and send and message stating they will deliver the product on monday. Since it was a birthday gift insisted the ekl guy deliver the product. The ekl guy promised that he will deliver by 4 pm. As per the request waited for the delivery guy till 4 pm. But it was a fake promise. When tried to call back the number there was no response. Fake service, response, and a promise from ekl. Request you to take the necessary action and revert back with the action which was taken from your end.

Is saturday is nonworking for ekl? If yes why the fake delivery date if given to the customer?
