Ekart Logistics — Got COD parcel without my permission

I got one parcel from EKART AWB No. SHBC[protected] and that day I was not in office and my staff paid them Rs. 899.00 presuming I have placed this order.
I did not open it and it is requested to take back. I do not know who the supplier as there any details on the label is not.

It seems someone is just sending COD to many consumers and taking a chance that someone like me will pay and accept it. And as there is not any details to contact whom for returning or complaining so it is impossible to recover the amount.
I need help to get my money back and also to stop such fraudlant activities.
