I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent myntra order (Order ID # 1301193 [protected] ), which has been incorrectly marked as "delivered" despite the fact that I have not received the package.

The package was supposed to be delivered around [9 JUNE 2025], but I never received it. Despite this, the tracking status falsely shows that the item was delivered. I have raised this issue multiple times through Myntra customer support, but unfortunately, the complaint is repeatedly marked as "resolved" without providing any actual resolution or clarification.
This has been ongoing for the past 6 days, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and support.
Key Issues:
- The order is falsely marked as delivered, but I never received it.
- This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and loss of trust in the service.
I request the following:
- Immediate investigation into the delivery claim and the delivery partner's records.
- A clear update on the steps being taken to locate the order or initiate a refund/replacement.
- Prompt resolution within 24 hours, failing which I will escalate the matter to consumer grievance forums.
