Ekart Logistics — Marked RTO: ORDER_REJECT automatically for an order placed

Expected delivery of the order was on 21st June 2022, but it still hasn't been recieved. When I checked the site, with my tracking ID it shows Marked RTO: ORDER_REJECT. I want the order as early as possible as I have already paid the fees for the same.
