I ordered a camera from Flipkart and the model name of camera is Insta360 X3. I got it delivered by flipkart's delivery partner Ekart logistics. Flipkart has a policy of open box delivery where i can check for product damages and other things like this is the same product i ordered etc. The delivery agent called as Wish master opened the box and i verified the product. I gave him the OTP as per rules but after taking the OTP he mishandled the camera and dropped it while putting it in the box. Then he asked me to check for damages if there is any. As i was checking for damages he went away telling me that you can exchange the camera easily afterwards also. I came back in the house and noticed a scratch on the camera lens which as not visible in low light at the front door of my house. I immediately went outside to look for him, but he was gone. I then called flipkart to tell them the whole scenario and flipkarts representative told me that they cannot do anything as per the policies because i gave them the OTP. Please not that everything was fine when i was giving him the OTP. He dropped it after i gave him the OTP. He then went away as i was checking for the damages. Please help me in this situation as Flipkart is not helping me as this is a rare case.
I want a replacement of the same product and not looking for a refund in this case.
