Hello sir/ma'am, Myself Mr Manna Das. I order one mobile phone from flipkart and my product id is FMPC[protected]. My product arrived at ekart hub which is located at dharmanagar, tripura, Pin=799250 on 22nd jun 2021. Due to some reason they not provide me this product yesterday and tell me they will reschedule it today. When I go in Ekart hub and tell to them to give my product. They tell my my product has canceled by the seller. Instantly I call to flipkart they tell me that, ekart agents are provide me false information because there is no such type of issues from seller. There are 2 or 3 person, they misbehave with me when I demand to give me the product. Now my question how dare to them to misbehave with me. Kindly take necessary action otherwise I'll go for police case. I have no update to cancel my product but they didn't provide my product. I call them many time from outside for come to see my problem but tbey ignore me. Their addresses are Rajbari, Dharmanagar, Tripura. PIN 799250. Next time I'll give you vedio if same things will be happen with me. But my request take proper action against them. What they think about there self.
