Ekart Logistics — Myntra order missing but tracking showing delivered on 22 October 2023

I had ordered a Pilgrim Salicylic (BHA) and Glycolic acid Foaming Face Wash from Myntra with tracking ID MYSP[protected]. I have not received my order but tracking status is showing successfully delivered. The delivery agent did not call me beforehand. I want to know where is my order and get my order as soon as possible. Resolve this issue immediately and give me back my product. The delivery service is not picking up my calls and without calling me or notifying it is showing successfully delivered. Kindly resolve this issue and deliver my order to me immediately and as soon as possible and stop giving me stress.
