[Resolved]  Ekart Logistics — Not deliver the product

Address: Ekart, Puthiyakavu, Karunagappally

I boughtt a product from Beacoup Allus Hair oil on 10.04.2023. Ekart contacted us and they forced us to recieve the product from the office (our home is far from the working place; so we have given office address for delivering the product) in the holiday itself. In the two days holidays nobody is there in our office and in our courier office. We were not there in the office or in our quarters. The ekart irresponsible person forced us to collect the product in the Saturday or Sunday from the office. But we insisted him to deliver the product on Monday. But they cancel the delivery and returned it without our consent. Who gave them the right to cancel the delivery without our consent. Cancel the product is the sole right of the consumers not the delivery person's. We remitted the product amount and the shipping charge. It's is the responsibility of the courier service to deliver the product safely to the consumers. Surely, they are not fit for this job in the ekart.
