Ekart Logistics — Not delivering my product and detained it

I have ordered a phone Motorola edge 60 fusion. I ordered this product on April 9, 2025. When i'm tracking my product it displaying as the expected date is 11th of April but not yet delivered. Please let me know where is my product. I'm attaching my tracking details:

I want this product to be delivered soon to my address
