Ekart Logistics — order returned to seller. marked as order rejected without attempt for delivery (delivery boy denied) even if customer called.

I have ordered AMG Guitar Strings product from Flipkart on 13 April 2024. Order confirmed and Expected delivery date was 18 April 2024.
Whenever I received a message out for delivery at time I waited for till evening and not received. So, I checked the delivery person number in flipkart and called to him (18th April 2024 4:17pm). Then he picked up call and asked delivery location, shared my location after he replied I am at another location will come in sometime. So, I waited for him till 8pm but he won't come and not picking up call after few minutes I got message unable delivery will be tomorrow.
The next day no call or message about delivery has came till evening. So, I contacted Flipkart customer and asked status of order and why it denied to delivery. The Flipkart representative said the order is rescheduled to 23 April 2024 due to some operational issues at delivery side, so asked me to wait until 23 April 2024 will receive parcel. I asked multiple times to Flipkart representatives they just saying we have mentioned you concern to higher team they will call back and will resolve but no one contacted me. I only contacted multiple times always saying same error higher team contact wait until so on date. Again they said wait for 25 April 2024 our higher Team will contact and resolve the issue. But no one contacted till now. Now, the ekart Logistics has canceled the order and Marked RTO: Order_Reject. And I received a mail from Flipkart that the order is cancelled. How can such type of delivery persons will do wasting a person time around 1 week to delivery which is already received at hub and taken by delivery person. I need proper action on this ekart Logistics at Pochampally, Yadadri Telangana. Please do needful action on both ekart Logistics and Flipkart such type of activities and cheating, fooling and disrespect of a customer. I can prove everything i have said. I have all the call recordings, screenshots and attached with this complaint. There must be some laws against these things. I'm expecting a solution here but if this is not the right place to bring this issue then i would like to know where i can resolve this matter legally.
