I placed a prepaid order (Order ID: [#1249927]) on May 27, 2025 via Big Muscles Nutrition’s official website for a protein supplement. The expected delivery date shown at checkout was June 2, 2025.

Courier: Ekart Logistics
• On June 5 around 6:19 PM, the status changed to “Out for Delivery.”
• It is now [7 june], and the package still hasn’t arrived—more than 24 hours since it was “Out for Delivery.”
• I have called Ekart’s toll‑free numbers (1800‑208‑9898 & 1800‑420‑1111) without any success.
• I emailed Big Muscles Nutrition on [5 june] demanding either immediate delivery or a full refund, but they have not replied to that email.
• It has been over 10 days since I placed the order, and I remain without my product or any resolution.
I request:
1. Either immediate delivery of my order OR
2. A full refund of ₹[1397.97] to the original payment method
Additionally, I seek a goodwill gesture (promo code or discount) for the inconvenience caused.

Please investigate this matter urgently, as the delay and lack of communication have been extremely frustrating.
