My laptop from flipkart supposed to be delivered on tuesday 22march2022, for the exchange of my working laptop.
The delviery guy(+[protected] came and started checking my laptop,
first he put serial number in caps and showed me that serial number is not matching. i told him to put the serial number as such.
it worked.
Then he checked for camera, but as i removed my files, camera.ink file got missed. so it showed camera.ink is not there.
the guy told me your web cam is not working i asked him to run zoom or web cam diagnostics it is working, he denied giving illogical reason that camera may work with zoom but it is not working as per him. and he showed me the exchange amount of laptop will now be 2500 INR from original cost 10875 INR. fyi my original dell laptop charger only cost 2800INR .
he asked me to call on his personal nuumber if i want my laptop passed for verfication and he rescheduled the delivery after 2 days.
now this guy is misbehaving and not delvering the product which has already been delayed by him intentionally .
My work is suffering and so now i have decide to take actions through comsumer court.
if you are serious enough to maintain your image then you are requested to take action against that guy.
he doesnt know he is working in a service company getting paid for providing services.
i will for sure send a notice that will include claim for my work being hampered and misconduct from your company.
