Things happened during delivery:
The delivery person DEEPA called and asked my personal number since she given the product to Gomathi Vivek. But Gomathi Vivek was not calling to inform me about out of delivery. Later I tried and made her reach the location.
After reaching the location:
Gomathi delivery person was misbehaving and forcing me to give the OTP and ignoring to open the box. The argument went for nearly 20 minutes. She refused for OPEN BOX DELIVERY which Flipkart asked me to do.
Gomathi was using abusive words and threw the box.
Issues faced by me: The two delivery persons Gomathi and Deepa and other man were on the phone and was arguing with me through phone.
1. They refused OPEN BOX DELIVERY for mobile phones
2. Delivery person collected my personal number
3. Gomathi delivery person used abusive words and threw the box.
4. The later two deliveries were intentionally delayed and kept at the nearest hub for two days and one order came for out for delivery at 6 to 10 pm and that too got cancelled.
5. Mentally and physically so challenging to solve this issue
Flipkart customer service: They didn't understand the issue and no update was made. Ekart decides and plays with customer
I request that the delivery persons Gomathi and Deepa must not deliver for Pattabiram chennai since they are not qualified and have no knowledge.
The Ekart nearest hub for Pattabiram chennai is also so badly delivering the products that's is intentionally delaying or cancelling .
