I would like to raise a complaint regarding the delivery of an item which is ordered by me on 20/05/2021 and I got a delivery date by 28/05/2021 by Myntra
Were as on 26/05/2021 at 11:03 Am that I got a registered message that your item is out for delivery and I got calls by this no +[protected] and [protected] and with pin by ekart delivery boy as I was in my office meeting I was unable to lift the call later by evening 5:03 pm I called to the delivery boy and spoke with them they told that sir you told that you are not there in that address (telling lies) and telling now you come near me and take the item as I told it may be risk I told not an issue delivery by tomorrow as on 27/05/2021.
But actual the issue which I would like to raise because I didn't take the item and not yet delivered but the thing is as yesterday on 26/05/2021 08:44 pm itself I got a message that it has been delivered, to my registered mobile number.
Kindly please take the necessary action regarding this issue.
I already raised a complaint by Myntra y I am telling you all this means as I am a valid customer to Flipkart too
Because you people to know about this type of issues that's why I would like to share even I have all the proof with me including delivery boy name if you need it I can share.
Kindly reply me as early as possible.
