Ekart Logistics — Shopsy (Flipkart) order not delivered yet and status is showing delivered

I ordered Farmley seed product from shopsy and it was to be delivered by E-kart.

It was on OTP based delivery but since I am away from my phone during entire day, I am unable to respond to calls and messages during the day. Therefore, I told my OTP to the delivery agent and asked him to deliver, so that he doesn't have to make multiple travels for single item.

It is showing delivered on 4th Aug, 2023 around 9 pm but it hasn't reached me already.

Kindly look into the matter and help in resolving it either by delivering the product or refund.
