Ekart Logistics — Unauthorized COD delivery

Received a delivery with COD Rs 599 through ekart on 11 September. I had never placed such an order, and there are no mechanisms for return and refund. The delivery package had my name and address, and I had also received an sms titled ekart update. Details mentioned in the sms : tracking id: SHBC[protected].
MY PERSONAL DETAILS HAVE BEEN USED WITHOUT AUTHORISATION and to conduct an illegal delivery. Please take the necessary actions to prevent futher misuse.
